Effective October 1, 2026. GoodHood Burgers runs a food trailer in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect: your name, email, phone and event details when you ask about catering; your email when you join our list; and your mobile number, with when and how you agreed, when you join our texts. Square and Clover handle card payments, and we never see or store your card number. This site runs no ads, tracking pixels or analytics cookies.

How we use it: to answer you, plan and run catering, send the news and offers you asked for, and tell you where the trailer will be.

Texts: if you opt in, we send recurring automated marketing texts to the number you gave us. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing: only with the service providers that run things for us (payments, email and text delivery, hosting), or when the law requires it. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Your choices: unsubscribe from any email in one click, reply STOP to any text, or email catering@goodhoodburgers.com or call 702-275-1585 to see, correct or delete your information. Nevada residents may also ask us not to sell their information. We don't sell it, but we'll confirm your request.

We keep information only while you're on our lists, or as long as a booking or the law needs it, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards. Our lists aren't meant for children under 13.
